For every euro spent you earn 1 Golden Petal in our loyalty program. You can also accumulate additional Golden Petals by completing various activities, such as following our Instagram profile or leaving a review on the products. You will find all the ways to earn Golden Petals by accessing the dedicated section via the mobile button at the bottom left.
Your loyalty points can be converted into exclusive discounts. To manage your Golden Petals click on the floating button at the bottom left "Golden Petals".
Remember that if you do not place an order for 12 consecutive months, all your accumulated Gold Petals will be reset. Make sure to make at least one purchase each year to keep them active.
You can check your Golden Petals balance at any time by logging into your account on our website.
