Mango and Whipped Cream Tarts

Allergens : Milk (whipped cream), Gluten (tart base, if not gluten-free).

Ingredients :

  • 1 pack of tartlet base
  • 250 g of fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 200 g of Sicilian mango compote

Procedure :

  1. Preparation of the tartlets :

    • Prepare the tartlets following the instructions on the package (you can bake them in the oven if they are not already ready).
    • Let cool completely.
  2. Preparation of whipped cream :

    • In a cold bowl, whip the fresh cream with the icing sugar until it becomes soft and frothy.
  3. Assembly :

    • Fill each tartlet with a spoonful of whipped cream, creating a soft layer.
    • Add a spoonful of Sicilian mango compote on top, completely covering the cream.
  4. Decoration :

    • You can decorate the tartlets with a little grated lime zest or fresh mint leaves for a fresh and aromatic touch.
  5. Serve :

    • Let it rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving, so that the cream and compote can firm up a little.
    • Serve and enjoy this fresh and flavorful dessert!

Suggestion :
For an extra touch, add a few pieces of fresh fruit, such as mango slices or berries, for a contrast of color and freshness.
