- Let cool completely.

- In a cold bowl, whip the fresh cream with the icing sugar until it becomes soft and frothy.

- Fill each tartlet with a spoonful of whipped cream, creating a soft layer.
- Add a spoonful of Sicilian mango compote on top, completely covering the cream.

- You can decorate the tartlets with a little grated lime zest or fresh mint leaves for a fresh and aromatic touch.
