Gelsomino Club Loyalty Program Rules

1. Definitions and Scope of Application This regulation defines the terms and conditions of the loyalty program "Gelsomino Club", created and managed by Sua Maestà Sicilia. By participating in the program, customers fully accept what is reported in this document.

2. Enrollment in the Program

• Registration is free and is reserved for adult customers.

• To register, you must create an account on the official website (shop.suamaestasicilia.com) and accept these rules.

• Enrollment in the program implies consent to the collection and processing of personal data, in accordance with current privacy legislation.

3. Golden Petal Accumulation Mode

• "Golden Petals" are loyalty points that can be accumulated for each purchase made on the site.

• Each euro spent is equivalent to 1 Golden Petal, except for specific promotions that can increase the accumulation rate.

• Gold Petals can also be accumulated by performing specific actions, such as:

  • Newsletter subscription;

  • Review of a purchased product;

  • Participation in promotional events.

4. Program Levels and Benefits

• The program includes three levels:

  • Pistil (0 Petals) : Access to exclusive offers, private sales and birthday gift.

  • Petal (350 Petals) : Pistil level benefits + access to exclusive products and 10% discount on all purchases.

  • Jasmine (650 Petals) : Petal level benefits + 20% discount on all purchases and priority access to events.

5. Using Golden Petals

• Golden Petals can be converted into discount vouchers according to the specific rules indicated on the site.

• Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise indicated.

• Golden Petals have no monetary value and cannot be converted into cash.

6. Validity of the Golden Petals

• The accumulated Golden Petals are valid for 12 months from the date of credit.

• Petals not used within the validity period will be automatically cancelled.

7. Modification or Termination of the Program

• His Majesty Sicily reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the "Golden Petals" program at any time, upon prior notice to participants.

• In the event of termination of the program, the accumulated Petals must be used within the deadline indicated in the official communication.

8. Exclusion from the Program

• His Majesty Sicily reserves the right to exclude from the program participants who:

  • Violate the terms of the regulation;

  • Provide false or incomplete information;

  • Attempt to fraudulently accumulate or use Gold Petals.

9. Limitations of Liability

• His Majesty Sicily is not responsible for any disruptions, technical errors or inability to use the Golden Petals due to force majeure or events beyond its control.
