Olio Lucia n.15 DOP Monte Etna is a high-quality extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed and composed of approximately 70% Nocellara Etnea olives and up to 30% Brandofino olives. It has a green olive fruitiness with delicate notes of tomato, artichoke, almond and flowers. Perfect raw on fish, vegetables, legume soups, bruschetta and roasts. The harvest, carried out between October and November with manual or facilitated methods, allows cold pressing at 27°C, preserving all the organoleptic qualities.
