Some handcrafted ceramics are not available for immediate delivery, but can be custom-ordered and made specifically for you. This option allows you to purchase items that aren't immediately available, while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that characterizes each piece.
Processing times
Times vary depending on the collection and the type of processing:

DeSimone Collection: Typically ships approximately 6 days after receiving your order.

Moor's Heads Collection: since these are more complex works, the lead time is approximately 20 days .
The times indicated are intended as operational estimates: they may vary based on the period, processing volume and the specifications of the piece.
Mixed orders: available items + items to order
If your order includes both ready-to-deliver items (available ceramics, pastry shop, DispensaSicula) and made-to-order ceramics, the system generates two shipments :

Immediate shipping of available items, to allow you to receive them as soon as possible.

Second shipment as soon as the custom ceramic has been completed and is ready for delivery.
This approach was chosen because many customers want to receive available items immediately (for example, as a gift or on a specific date), without having to wait for the time required for the custom-order ceramics to be made.
Shipping costs
If you're ordering two items, there may be an additional charge for the second delivery. For Italy, this charge is always eliminated once the minimum order of €120 is reached.
All shipping information (number of deliveries, times, and costs) is always visible and clearly indicated at checkout.

Upon your request, we will manage the order with a single shipment , so that you receive all the products together with the completion of the ceramics to order and avoid the possible cost of the second shipment.
