Home delivery is considered to be at street level and will be made, unless otherwise indicated, Monday through Friday during regular office hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm), excluding national holidays. The courier will make two delivery attempts and, if unsuccessful, will leave the package at their designated location. Delivery times are purely indicative and may vary.
Orders are processed and handed over to the courier on weekdays, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are normally processed on the first business day after the order is placed, and in any case within 5 business days of receiving the order (in cases of seasonal order peaks). For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
You can make a return within 14 days of delivery . Returns are free from Italy, while from abroad the costs are paid by the customer. We do not accept returns for perishable products (e.g. food), personalized items and gift cards .
