Home delivery is considered to be at street level and will be made, unless otherwise indicated, Monday through Friday during regular office hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm), excluding national holidays. The courier will make two delivery attempts and, if unsuccessful, will leave the package at their designated location. Delivery times are purely indicative and may vary.

Orders are normally processed on the first business day after the order is placed, and in any case within 5 business days of receiving the order (in cases of seasonal order peaks).
