Artisanal Colomba cake with candied pears and Modica PGI chocolate. The dough is naturally leavened for over 48 hours—the time it takes to create a soft, honeycomb-like texture that melts easily. Selected butter, category 1 free-range eggs, and hand-picked ingredients are used. The candied pear adds sweetness and freshness; the Modica PGI chocolate responds with its time-honored intensity, raw and pure. Produced daily in small batches, available only during the Easter season.

Damaged or defective products
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any defects, damage, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
