After modeling and decoration, each piece is fired at high temperatures to ensure quality, durability, and timeless beauty. Each ceramic is unique: hand-painting makes every detail unique, transforming each piece into a symbol of authenticity and Sicilian identity.

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. For dirt, use warm water and a mild detergent.

What to avoid: abrasive sponges, aggressive degreasers, bleach, solvents.

Orders are prepared with the utmost care at our headquarters and entrusted to selected express couriers.

Product Availability

Products marked "Available" are ready for immediate shipment. Some handcrafted ceramics can be made to order . In these cases, processing times are always indicated on the product sheet. The indicated delivery times are from the moment the shipment leaves our premises , until the completion of any processing.

Orders with different availability

If an order contains items with different availability, the system generates multiple shipments : available items are shipped immediately, while made-to-order items will follow as soon as they are ready. The times indicated are to be considered estimates and may be subject to variations for reasons not attributable to His Majesty Sicily (seasonal peaks, logistical conditions, customs checks).

Returns and refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

• Free returns from Italy

• From abroad, return costs are charged to the customer.

Returns are not accepted for:

• perishable products (e.g. food products)

• personalized items

• gift card

Damaged products

In case of damage during transport, we invite you to:

• always accept delivery with reservation

• take photos of the package and damaged products

• Contact our Customer Service within 5 days of delivery

Some handcrafted ceramics are not available for immediate delivery, but can be custom-ordered and made specifically for you. This option allows you to purchase items that aren't immediately available, while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that characterizes each piece.

Processing times

Times vary depending on the collection and the type of processing:

• DeSimone Collection: Typically ships approximately 6 days after receiving your order.

• Moor's Heads Collection: since these are more complex works, the lead time is approximately 20 days .

The times indicated are intended as operational estimates: they may vary based on the period, processing volume and the specifications of the piece.

Mixed orders: available items + items to order

If your order includes both ready-to-deliver items (available ceramics, pastry shop, DispensaSicula) and made-to-order ceramics, the system generates two shipments :

1. Immediate shipping of available items, to allow you to receive them as soon as possible.

2. Second shipment as soon as the custom ceramic has been completed and is ready for delivery.

This approach was chosen because many customers want to receive available items immediately (for example, as a gift or on a specific date), without having to wait for the time required for the custom-order ceramics to be made.

Shipping costs

If you're ordering two items, there may be an additional charge for the second delivery. For Italy, this charge is always eliminated once the minimum order of €120 is reached.

All shipping information (number of deliveries, times, and costs) is always visible and clearly indicated at checkout.

Do you want just one delivery?

If you prefer to receive everything in one delivery (including items already in stock), you can: Simply contact our Customer Service before purchasing .

Upon your request, we will manage the order with a single shipment , so that you receive all the products together with the completion of the ceramics to order and avoid the possible cost of the second shipment.
